Ok guys im hearing a lot of talk about removing the noise flap in the exhaust

have had a good look at the 2008 Night Train and fail to see how you can get it out

Anyone done this already and can tell me how to remove it ???

no need to remove it wayne. check out our exhaust eliminator plugs on our website. www.bigjoechoppers.com.au.
by using the eliminator you wont have to butcher the flap. just plug the eliminator in and it will hold the flap in the open position.

    Hi GTSR

it will leave the butterfly in the exhaust open so that the engine can breathe better. Else the butterfly (exhausta Actuator butterfly) shuts off one pipe during normal riding.
