well front brake master cylinder weeping again ,now ive replaced cap with revised cap albeit the chrome but upon reading hd revisions on there bikes there is a sheet or list that tells of this every yr ,i found this info by mistake somewhere so this info;s out there and apparntly this resivoir cap front brake has been redisgned it states so i ordered part then placed on bike pampflet tells how 2 ,no probs say 2yrs hard ridin alls good no more weeping ,got new tyres recently an put new discs an pads on at tyre place 4 bikes i asked can u do job an no about doin on hds course do em all da time ok ,so drop bike off 2 put gear on bike i watched a little bit an asked a few questions testin him ,isaid u should cover that mudguard mate yep will do ,i saz u gunna force fluid bak up lines nah gunna bleed em ,well get bike home big piece paint comes off mudguard wen wipin over ive gone wat da like inch long in one piece dat pised me off couldnt see any dints or marks even wif magnifiyer rang him nah mate didnt happen here ,now ive realized this fukers fuked up cap on mastyer cylinder coz those screws are just nipped up from firm so i chek could hardly undo them an loktited 2 boot ,so cleaned up rubber in water scraped were loktite had crept around crevice in rubber seal wen twit was tightenin down ,twit filled resivoir up 2 high which ya dont do ive been through this b 4 so idrained with seringe 2 about third full if that then cleaned along top master cylinder coz rubber dat squashed down its left on metal an bloody loktite shit used flat piece stainless with jus pushin lightly over edge 2 remove shit was stuk 4 good ,i looked at edge with magnifier an top edge resivoir not machined dead flat on one side like smallest of ridge along cylinder along with blak paint an that was done wen made so got all crap off made sure rubber dry an clean on top cap had look at brake fluid level wen sittin on bike seringed bit more dont pull brake lever put cap on clean screws of loktite screw bak on jus take both down same time look at rubber around edge then nip up little bit each side wen gets 2 feel firm jus firm jus a little more sit bike up now pull brake is same as was wet with water around area wipe down look in window of cap u will see oil just wen squeze lever u see oil movein bak an forth an brakes feel as was ,now guy who said i now all about harleys tyre shop lier ,coz he wouldve known these things ,i looked an found out shit about front master u dont fill up resivoir 2 high ,u hav look at cap see how far rubber seal go in long way no this twit filled it an tightened da begeezez outa da 2 screws with loktite mind ya an flatened da fuk out of rubber seal 2 a third of its size which in turn makes seal go inside out an off edge of master cyl,which starts weeping an ya wont stop it ,well ive made adjustments 2 retify problem of weeping and will see how seal goes after week or wen get a ride coz been rain 4 week ,if weeps ill get new cap comes with seal on 40 buk ,da worst thing i paid twit for chipped fender an fukin up master cyl cap ,but he got tyres right if i go bak 2 see him it will b loud so ill jus leave it 4 now mates av clubhouse across rd ill ask if they can talk 2 him an advise that needs 2 brush up in some areas
who needs brakes when your bike goe's so fast don't worry you will stop when you hit something . if she goe's that fast no one will see the paint missing
