Didnt a Lamborgini purchaser a while back buy buy a Lambo and then take Lamborgini to court after he found out that Lamborgini had a new model not far of being released and when he bought his, he asked the dealer if any new models where being released and the dealer falsly said , NO., He was gunna wait to buy new model if one was on the way but didnt cause dealer said no new models on the way. 

Cant remember outcome but I think I might of seen on news that a settlement had been reached.

There were rumors the FLHRC was being discontinued in OZ this year , during 2012 , so it must of had some merit ?
A strangely penned letter seemingly for a MoCo that boasts to be so dedicated to thier customer base or so-called HD Family trust , including their million member H.O.G and attitude toward customer relations , support and those that have handed over their hard earned coin repeatedly , many , like myself have spent near to 80k or more in the one shop and expect a bit better than that regardless of policy , the letter say`s it all !
Although it doesn`t really effect me as i won`t be making another purchase anytime soon , i rely on trust and honesty 100% as my dealer still services my ride , and this leak makes the MoCo appear deceptive and dishonest in the eyes of the people that count and sign on the dotted line , all in the name of possible future sales and profit ?

Couldn't you argue that it's good news, 'cos now you can buy a fully developed (albeit discontinued) model, rather than a new one, along with all the unforeseen faults that that often incurs?

Y'know, never buy the 'A' model of anything unless you like being an unpaid beta tester!!

No FLHR for 2013 for the international market? That is bloody outrageous. Surely they will have to release a tourer without a faring!

Yeah obviously that`s how they work but deceptive all the same when they boast about trust and family , like i said it don`t effect me as i wont be makin a purchase , you would think that seeing the cat is outa the bag there should now be some "discounted sell out lines", though i still like to think that the dealer workin on my ride was 100% honest and up front after spendin a shitload of my hard earned in the one shop ?
Thought the fairings were made by HD but in 2 small seperate external factories , seen in a L2R or Heavy Duty mag end of last year , a story and pics of the operation they made all the pressed blowmould fairings , saddlebags and lowers , with expensive old original machinery , prept in the one joint then painted in another , tight temperature control and totally sterile enviroment as there can`t be any risk of imperfections or colour deviation , not easy to achieve in a continuous production setup when many factors could fuck the system , hearing ya`s on the similar models , often thought about that myself , had to happen , as per the rumors last year and i guess that they could just have different specs as cataloged options ?

And I thought it was funny when they discontinued a mate's Rocker......

 

Saw a pic of the non CVO Breakout model set to be released (apparently) over on the Yank forum. Seems to be a spot for it now the blackline is gone.

I'm still upset we had no Blackline here for 2013. Even worse to see it done everywhere now. One of my fav styles of HDs.

 Damn I was hoping to add a Road Glide to the stable next year
