Needing a wiring diagram (specifically in and out of headlight) for 1995 XLH. I have the Haynes workshop manual for this bike but it does not contain the wiring diagram!

Going to get my local auto electrician to put in a relay (inside the headlight housing) that will drop the headlight out when the started motor is engaged. I don't get a chance to use the bike much and even though I have a trickle charger, the bike does not like to easily start when cold. The auto electrician said that many newer bikes use this relay type system.

sounds like the acc pump is not working , do you give it 7 pumps on the throttle 1st  full choke before you hit the starter

Yeah, I normally give the throttle a couple of pumps on full choke - I will try a few more.

Will still get a new battery anyway and go for the relay modification as insurance for the future.
