Smoked Turn Signal Lens

    I am going to change the orange blinker lenses to the smoked type with the orange globe which shouldd look shit hot on the RKC.......Are the smoked type lens legal??Just wondering how obvious i would be making it to be pulled over and interrigated...

    need to make sure you get the right globes too Hoody. The tabs on the blinkers are horizontally opposed as compared to car ones which are slightly offset. Also the american globes have dual elements for the back so you need the single element jobbies.

    But Legal they are.....

    I bought mine through E-bay and they only cost about $35 delivered and fit perfectly. If I can find the shop I bought it from I'll get back to ya but I think I deleted it.

    No worries Hoodaman but I just noticed these are genuine HD mine were cheaper and just the same so if you search for em you should do better.

    Arn't the bulbs the same, amber? its only the lenses that need changing?

    The original bulbs are clear, the bulbs that go with the smoked lenses are amber.

    I've got set of HD genuine ones i'll sell if anyones interested AUS $30 inc the orange bulbs that fit properly plus postage, they should fit all softies with the bullet style indicators .
