Hey Borisat !! Mines a 2011 and got no fabric in the seat !! Maybe the CVO's have it but the base models don't.

2012 stock seat slightly different texture in center, single seat slightly perforated appearance in center, Touring seat same look for full seat. All vinyl type material.

2012 model.....no fabric anywhere in sight. Change in texture in centre as described above though
