hey guys long shot.

went to echuca and a mate had found a saddle bag that was on side of road. apparently there was a pair of jeans in the bag but the guy who pulled over first took them.

i bought the bag off him for a whoping 40 buks with the hope of finding its owner or if not i can giving it to someone that needs one.

Have you thought of maybe dropping an email to either / both MRA or Ulysses, I know Ulysses will send out emails to its members, or at least they do locally. It's a long shot but you never know

You could email the Echuca Ulysses club [echuca@ulysses.org.au] and ask them to circulate to surrounding Ulysses clubs, plus contact the Victoria branch of MRA [president@mravic.org.au] and see if they can spead the word. Worth a try
