I have just changed my bars again after dropping the bike trying to get in the door with westerns, too wide for the door...., I have  now put on T bars, much shorter and easier to get in the shed.

 

Anyway, while doing the wiring through the bars, I have damaged the plugs, the locking tabs inside has brokern off.

 

Anyone know where I can get replacements, or do I have to change both ends to non standard Harley plugs.

google deutsch connectors, and find your local supplier.

just go to HH and ask for the replacement plugs...I chased plugs for months when I was wiring a trailer hitch, in the end I rang HH and ordered the plug.

I'll just throw it out there, try your local HD dealer.

I would stick with the deutsch plug as they are almost waterproof, or what i did is fuck all the plugs of and just use the pins and heatshrink.
