     Avoid like the plague.  

    Paid in December for a bike cover, chased them for 4 weeks as after they got my money they showed the order as expired.  6 emails, no answer. Rang, got told very sorry, will be sorted.  2 more weeks, no progress.  Chased again, right now they've told me it's ordered, will wait and see.

    Even if it comes in a couple of weeks not worth the hassle of using again.
