not worth it m8, i used one a long time ago too, but still useing a CV on both my bikes FXD95 & tube frame buell, if you tune the CV right they run perfect & you can tune them to run strong & also get good fuel economy when your on a long run. but the yost made my economy go south, worked ok, but i did not know any better when i used is a long time ago.

what are you after? like do you have a problem how it runs now?

myself i've tried everything to do with carbs and all the different carbs, and find a well tuned CV works good, if you need more air get a CV44, more air still get a CV51. the yost can't get more air to flow in.

Made a big difference on a 1200 sporty I had 15 - 20 years ago in conjunction with air cleaner mod.

well you have it now so use it, just BC, mate understand tuning, just runing it lean to get economy. it should be called a economy tube. it worked fine for me years ago, just i was jetted to make power & noticed it used more fuel than it did when on a run. now 15 twenty years down the road i'm still useing CV carb's but getting good power & good fuel economy @ same time through the use of a stepped needle 70mpg in the old yard stick is not too bad & it makes good power WOT. & i'm runing a 57 PJ.

Well I have to say I haven't noticed a huge difference, or any real difference:( but I'm still playing with jets, upto 50 slow, 205 main, yeah I know it sounds terribly rich but everything smaller is too lean, decel pop, starving when throttle cranked, but it's all good experience and when it's sorted I have the knowledge that I achieved something, rather than just paying someone to do it:)

If your up to a 205 main then something is not right. I run a 220 BUT that's because I run a blower and need it rich under boost - and even then I'm looking at going down to a 210.

if its a stock cv size 40 m.m.  45 idle jet with a 190 main mixture screw 3 full turns out ,    can drill 45 idle jet to 46 but after that way too rich 48 is the next  harley size but too big

if she hasn't had new inlet manifold seals too the head  replaced , i would do that 1st

48 idle jet is good with a 95c.i.big bore kit with cams etc
