Harley have these motors for $7500- in the spare parts div . Seemed good value until you add throttle body , injectors , breather and a couple other bits , bumps up to $9600- . Approx $1000- to fit , then it all becomes a dream.....
Clutch springs ( clutch bits ? ) were included ( he rattled off a heap of bits for the extra $ ) , but no warranty , as Harley sell them as race/off road only .
Or wait for the Harley roadshow/sales with 20% discount.

was lookin at latest motor stuff 2day us price saz 5695.95 anyway was tryin 2 see were ya buy dese motors an lookin an lookin an then readin more into 120r well not bulletproof and as many av found engine self destructin geez dat put me off an i was sure dis would b good motor in further reseach saz 96 - 103 motors made better wont self destruct or less likely to geez its all in da readin an searchin an seein wat others hav found no 120r 4 me but sum will swear is good but seems there is problem even reckognized by s&s 120r donk can b broken in a rather short mileage 4 an aggressive rider on spinnin up a lot twists sumthin an shears oil pump an boing she broke fellas upon readin this an seein piks of damage i no go that way now an i thought it was da real deal HD an if my stg iv 103 dyna destructed was buyin120r but alas wont be now

and for your info the 120r comes out with a crank that is a wee bit better than a stock twincam crank

Ando , the 120 motor I saw in Canberra , had a sign on it saying 135hp . Have you had yours on the dyno ? What figures ? Spare parts guy here in Adelaide said there,s around 6 of these motors runnin around here , that they have sold , with no problems .
Sorry guys , but going over old ground , If I was to buy a 120 SE motor from harley , would I have to have the crank welded ? Would I change cams to Tman ? There is also 2 specs , a 12.1 and 10.5 to 1 comp ratio . Think 10.5 to 1 for street . Approx 10k for 120 motor , maybe work the 96 ?
