shape an extension up out of aluminium and stick it place with a dob of construction adhesive works a treat i just pained the one i did back for the RWC the of she came and a bit of a trim with knife under guard to get glue off

some of the roadworthy requirements are complete BS. Who gives a crap if your rear guard doesnt come down that extra few cm. I understand alot the regs are for safety (spikey bit impaling pedestriains for example , tyres with no tread etc. ) but there is alot of junk in there too.

Got raped by roadworthy crap when i had my skyline.....im still bitter if you cant tell haha
