Hi Guys

Putting a new set of spoked wheels on the old shovel

I assume that the bolts for sprocket need to be high tensile

Can any none tell me what grade etc

Also Will nylock nuts be suitable and should i use locktite (locktite 263)

Do I need to torque the bolts and what torque setting,, Would 35 FT LBS  be about right

High tensile grade 3 or more,, wont need to use locktite on nylex nuts,look up the torque settings in your shovel manual.all that imfo is in it....

grade 8 would be good  allen bolts are grade 12 , make sure there tight as  & check them every service
