Just letting u know Repco bike lifts are on sale for $118 in their latest catalogue on sale till 10th Feb
Chopa
must get me one of these, thanks for the heads up
That's a pretty good buy, apparently they have a lift capacity of 680kg, lifting range: 115mm - 418mm. Padded lifting platform with safety belt.
This one looks OK as well, has a couple of extra features.

Well I went out today and picked one up. It looks ok, sturdy enough, some of the welds could have been finsihed a bit better but overall it's a pretty solid thing. Cost is also a good thing, these are almost essential at this price.
It comes in a box which then requires minor assembly, instructions are clear and easy to read. It took less than 10 minutes to fit together.
I found for my bike (2012 Iron) it mounted under the frame after sorting out the balance point. I can lift the bike evenly with good balance between front/rear.
Overall it will be great for cleaning the bike, rotating wheels for scrubbing, degreasing and cleaning the rotors etc. I am after it in the first instance for setting up the suspension on the bike. There's an engine conversion in the works too. he he he...
I can drain oil from underneath without any problems.
See attached pics, all self explanatory hopefully.
Cheers

i have a 2012 road king, weighing 368kg. this lift is rated for 680kg. i just tried it out (in fact just bought it today) and it works perfectly on my flhr. the lift is heavy (don't ride home with it on the back of your bike!!), but extremely sturdy, never expected it to be such great value at that price. easily fits under bike (no need to raise the jiffy stand), easily lifts the tourer (my 11yr old pumped the lift with his foot) and brings it back to earth slowly (or fast, depending on how hard you step on the release pedal). so thanks again for the post boys - will come in handy for cleaning, servicing etc
As a heads up, REPCO here in Perth sell two different ones. The 'other' one which is blue is SHITE. When I went looking for the yellow one last time it wasn't on sale and I saw the blue one. Looked better on the box and had fold out stabilisers but the build quality is crap. I took mine back and got a refund. Waiting for the yellow one to come on sale in Perth.
Bought mine today , then went to H. H. and bought the dyna lift kit ( part no. HD98965-99 ) for $28- . Gold , tried it out and cleaned the wheels while she was in the air .
Tim SG, I have a Dyna as well. Could you tell me what the Dyna lift kit is or post a pic. Is it necessary with the bike lift from Repco?
