Haulen Ass is currently evaluating the need for a Haulen Ass backrest that fits Fat Boys and the new Fat Bob. Due to the backrest size and clearance of the passenger seat, the factory Fat Boy seat would have to be replaced with a lower profile seat. We would love to hear some feed back whether people would be interested.  

I'm just in the process of ordering a HD Rallyrunner seat for my FatBoy and then I'll be looking for a backrest.

Paul C. Right now we are looking at no sooner than 6 weeks. We will have a better idea next week, we are scheduled to vist a local dealer to and spec out the fat boy and fat bob fenders. Once we have those numbers we just have to make some proto-types, test them and they will be ready.

Will do.  You can expect the new backrests to look exaclty like those, clean simple and strong.
