Remove Stage 1 ECU tune? 2005 FLHTCU

    Hi all,

    I have a 2005 FLHTCU with Stage 1 map flashed into the standard ECU plus a PC III with an additional map.

    I would like to revert the standard ECU to factory - does anyone know if Dealers can do this (if yes, how much $?) or do I need to find another ECU (about $200 from USA on eBay).

    If it is another ECU are US market ECU maps the same as Export (e.g. is Australia map different from Europe/US? Or is 1HD same as 5HD?)

    Andysdad, Are you sure the ECM has been flashed? as I don't see why with a PC111 fitted it would have needed to be.

    A PC111 is a piggyback system which has the map loaded into it so just remove it and the ECM will be as it was.

    why do you need to bring it back to standard if it has been flashed
