Hello all, been pissing down rain for the last couple of days, can't get the bike out of the shed, so I thought best introduce myself.
I had a 1200C for a litle while, ton of fun around town but just too hard on the body when on the highway, which is most of my riding.
Went to a Harley ride day last year, rode a few Dyna's and found the FatBob the best fit, so ordered one and picked it up last October.
Have done a few thousand k's on it now and it's great.
Welcome
Gidday from another Queenslander who's copping an excess of rain at the mo.
All good mate, the vegetation needs the drink.
Thanks all, I'm in the Bundy area and we have had 690mm of rain in the last few days and one of the biggest floods ever about to hit town.
Max, the headlight is an Attitude, I never really did go for the dual light with the one on for low and one for high, I know there is a few ways to get around this and have both on at the same time, but the Attitude was half the price to do it properly, ie hi, low and park light.
The bigger single works better than the stock one too.
Coffee, I found you sit on a sportie, but you sit in a Fatbob, totally different ride.
We have had no power since last night either, and I don't think it will be coming back on any time soon, iPads are a wonderful invention.
To all you fellas south of us, your turn
Welcome Tacker , stay dry .
Hope all is well down there Tacker. Im an Apple Tree Creek boy been up here awhile, got a brother in east bundy. Looks pretty bad mate
Hi there welcome. I hope you managed to get your bike to higher ground before the flood. I like your single headlight too.
