Just bought a Street Glide, new, the dealer mechanic mentioned a problem with rear shocks locking up! Guess what, thought I would adjust the new suspension down a little, because it was a bit hard.......the knob was set to zero and I had no movement. Of course this will be a warranty thing? In the next few days, but does anyone know of the problem, how to fix it, and will it reoccur ?

Ah that an easy one, i think that as your wheels are pointing up in the air the suspension may well be having some issues! Hope this helps.....

What knob where was set to zero. These bikes have air shocks that need pumping up. Haven't heard of this before, only sometimes that they loose air pressure over time.

If its a new 2013 model then they no longer come with airshocks but the premium shock is standard and it has a compression damper adjuster as standard. I upgraded to this shock and found it quiet good.

New street glides have the upgraded shocks and are supposed to be much better. Don't know yet, have tried different positions on the dial (behind the RH pannier) still locked up?

    YES, THE BIKE IS AWSOME!

If this is the set up where one side is compression and the other rebound, make sure the rebound and compression settings are the same. Don't have soft compression and high rebound settings as the shocks won't return in a hurry. If you have a soft ride setting, have a low rebound setting as they work against each other.
