luv em...but no good for sharp bends & corners, will scrape. Great for long rides, gives you many different foot positions for comfort. Can be used as mini floorboards folded up.

Hey there, I have Kuryakyn flamin switchblade pegs on my Softail, I bought them late last year and love them, they look good too,  however I'm 6'2 and am in the process of having my controls extended 3" for a bit more leg room. Currently my knees hit the fuel tank pretty much in the centre line of the std aircleaner cover.

I chose them over floor boards because in my opinion, they look better, more practical,  and they can be folded away when riding around town. I will take some pics of my bike and post them a bit later.

They have been great. Last year did  couple of 4000km rides over a week, and found they may the journey much better. Could stretch and move around more than the standard floor boards. I have moved them forward as the are options to move them around and find I get a bit more ground clearance then the standard floorboards. On one corner on Putty Road,I did scrape the the footpeg came out. Has only done this the once and it did not cause ny issues. I just pushed it back in with my boot before the next corner. I am happy with them.
