    Hi All,

    I have a 2009 HD rocker C FXCW

I have seen many photos of these bikes with sissy bars mounted to pillion seat, lugage racks, etc.

Does anyone know where I can purchase these, I have been searching for ages

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Dion

I have been down the same path as you. Put a standard Rocker seat on and the pillion set up on, and you will be happy. It takes 2 minutes to take off for that solo look. The Rocker standard seat is also more confortable. Everything can be purchased from a Harley Dealer. Chrome the struts for a nicer look

Check out my post on page 4 of this thread....there are some photos..all available from the dealer. They are not cheap. Might also be worth checking on ebay. I got mine from HH and from memory it cost about 1k all up. There are a few different parts that you need to order.

The standard FXCWC "trick" pillion seat is not passenger friendly. After months of looking for a commercial alternative to buy, I decided to improve (I think) on Steemer's solution.

I used the FXCW HD factory option seat and modified the mounting so it clips on and off my Rocker C just as easily as the stock pad. Now the wife has abackrest and larger seat, but I can add or remove it in seconds.

Easy and quick to do with basic tools and elementary skills. I bought another Rocker C pillion pad, in case I screwed up, so I still have an emergency passenger "seat", if ever required.

You just need to strip the standard pillion pad until you're left with the steel plate and spring loaded ring pull locking bolt. Then cut out sections as shown to enable it to fit under the two pillion hooks on the stock FXCW detachable passenger pillion. Next, drill two 7 mm (5/16"?)holes, and attach the "trick \"pillion plate to the bottom of stock FXCW seat using two 1/4" x 2" bolts/screws with washers using the existing threaded holes on the FXCW seat vacated by the pillion levers you need to remove, and voila!

    Parts required:
    1 x 52959-08 Pillion, FXCW
    1 x 52804-08 Upright, Chrome, FXCW
    1 x 51782-07 Backrest pad, small, VRSC
    2 x 1/4" x 2" stainless steel bolts/screws and washers (from a hardware store)

    Hi Guys,

I am selling a cutsomised sissy bar pillion seat combo. Custommade from a speciallised upholstry based on the original frame, so it fits the original foldable mounting plate.

Had bought an original seta and sissy bar frame similar to the description from 'brucefet' in this post. Total cost was approx. AUD 800.-. Unfortunately someone knocked me off my bike changing lanes 2 months later and my rocker C was a total. Will move away soon, so am selling the pillion seat. Was thinking around $300, although its pretty much brand new. Photos attached.

If you are interested please email me on cbrandt@pmsquare.com.au.

    Cheers,

    Carsten

I have a custom softail with the rear guard welded to the swingarm ( like a Rocker), i ended up making some new struts and buying the rocker luggage rack, and the seat that clips onto it with the backrest. Problem was the rack and seat are now Obsolete! ( none in Australia) i did find one in a dealer in the Uk South Hampton HD ( was Listed on Ebay). Emailed them direct and bought it no problems. Sorry dont have a decent photo of the setup at the moment.
