I drive a tilt tray tow truck for a living and I can tell you that I am Allianz, Mondial, JustCar, Bingle, AAMI and a shit load of other Insurance companies Roadside Assist. You should see the faces of the car drivers who ring up for a jumpstart and a tow truck turns up, they shit themselves and ALWAYS say "I only wanted a jumpstart".

The point is, the big companies above, and Ford, Holden, VW, Mazda, Toyota etc, outsource their Roadside assist to third parties just like when you ring Telstra and you get some fucking Phillipino you can't understand. It's just the way it is. I'm not surprised Harley Assist do the same thing.

Every day I change tyres for retards who can do it but tell me that why do it when they have paid for Roadside Assist? I have to agree because I get paid $75 to change the tyre and it takes about 5 minutes to do. Fucking good coin!!!

Personally, I would have just jumped the bastard but I can totally understand why he rang Harley Assist... I'm just spewing I didn't get the job!!!

The only reason we get the gig is because a tow truck driver is cheaper than a qualified mechanic driving an RAC , NRMA, RACV etc. That's how Roadside Assist works...

well im not hearing good things the harlet assist service ,i purchased this product on the belief that if i did have flat tyre or something that people would come and take bike an drop me somewhere so as i could get home ,i spoke 2 lady she assured me that would be the case ,i explained 2 her i have limited mobility and cant walk very far given my injury an would be totally reliant on help comeing ,she understood my concerns an informed me that yes i would be looked after ,so upon that advice given i purchased harley assist feeling confident that if problem arisses i have help 2 transport bike an take me also ,so i can get transport 2 my place of liveing .is this not true readers if so i will ring this company 2 make sure of ,wat does actually happen wen tyre is flat an im long way from home ,i suppose we must look at others that offer pik up service wen problems happen o an then theres being in a different state  wen rideing i rekon we probably be able 2 find someone we know mite be even betta 2 get us outta shit SHINGLES
