So, what the Crap Courier is saying is that nobody really cares about the 180 speeding motorists in the hills, but holy snapping duck shit batman, there were 39 speeding motorcycles. I must have seen worse somewhere?

Methinks perhaps the fearless intrepid purveyors of our rules would be better of saying how they are going to stop the amazing rising crime rate, & how to stop the oldies from being beaten up for their pension money, instead of bleating about 39 M/cycles in the hills, who probably never hurt anyone. The key word is proportion. Lets say during that period only 39 bikes went past and all were booked, fuck thats 100%, then pretend 1870 cars went by during the same period but only 187 were booked then only 10% would be speeding, see numbers are sneaky. What the fucktard fails to explain is the methodology. 7.4 % of motorcles that went past were speeding and 1.8% of all cars were speeding. The percentage has to take in the traffic that wasn't speeding for the result. So roughly 520 bikes went by and 39 were booked, 7.4%, then about 10400 cars went by and 187 of those were booked, this is the 1.8% which is a quarter of the bikes number. Make sense?

Forgot to add its easy to skew small sample verse large sample numbers and make one group seem like nut jobs. Imagine only 2 bikes went past and both got done! The headline would have been "100% OF MOTORCYCLISTS SPEED IN THE HILLS!!!" Lynchmobs from the fuckwit Government would have been called to ban bikes or raise fees or better driver education. How stupid papers are allowed to peddle tripe like this with fuck all substance is beyond me. It would be interesting to know if there were any crashes over the period because if no bikes crashed and 1 car did the headline could read "Hills prove bikes 100% safer than cars" Retarded fucks!
