If you can't find anyone just go get (download, whatever) a manual for your bike. Usualy it tells you what needs to be done at what milage intervals. If you run into problems the forums are here to ask. Most of the shit is pretty straight foward as long as you don't skip steps or cut corners.
And buy good tools. Cheap shit seems like a bargain, but when things start snapping and shearing off you'll fucking kick yourself.
