Probably buy a bit of black perspex and cut shape to fit the base of the bag . Ziptie it to the base of my rack so the base of the bag doesnt overlap it

I've got the same Saddlemen sissy bar bag and rekon it's great, lots of little side pockets etc make it easy to stow stuff and having the lid with a seperate zipper makes it good to access stuff you need on the road.
