Competition baffles

This is my 1st post. I bought my 1st HD in 30 years of riding back in August 2012 and love it. Its a 2012 fatbob with a 1584 ST1 EFI kit and V&H 3" slip ons. It goes OK but would like a bit more of a note and always more power. It said on the V&H website you can get a competition baffle for the slip ons. I assume mine came with the standard baffles. Has anyone tried these and are they louder than standard and is there any increase in torque/power? I know I should just get a full system but like the look of the tommy gun pipes plus dont want to piss the neighbours off too much.

Since I'm the first to reply, who's on the bike? Do they know its not moving and the stand is down?

That said, I was told (awhile ago) that comp baffles are loud and you lose torque. Just what I was told.

Yeah, my daughter likes to twist the throttle and make broom broom noises. She loves anything with 2 wheels.

    Thanks for the reply
