does anyone know how I can look at a manual 4 07 softy on line as i am still havin trouble startin my bike

 Shagger try googling the actual problem you're having in a question, you may be lucky to come across the answer you're looking for to fix the problem. It may take you a few goes with different wording of the question to find what you're after. Worth a shot anyway if you haven't already tried it.
