Me names Shackle and i hail from the NT
After years of bashin around the scrub/roads on dirt bikes i've decided to purchase meself a HD.
Was at the dealer the other day pickin up some parts for the young fella's bike when i noticed a set of perky headlights from a candy orange Fat Bob starin right at me
I couldn't resist goin over and jumpin on and it just felt like a natural fit. Took a Fat Boy and a Fat Bob for a ride and was very happy with the feel of the Dyna & the Fat Bob's forward controls over the feel of using floorboards although a few mates are sayin the floorbords are better on longer trips. Mite go back and try a wide glide too but ithink the Fat Bob will be the winner i just don't like the idea of only havin one headlight working when there's two available, specially in this part of the world where you have to contend with cattle, camels and the worst, buffalo, which blend so well into the black tar at night, so's i got some thinkin to do on that score as there seems limited options apart from wot i've read here.
It's a great site full of information and conversation as well asbein' pretty freakin easy to steer around in. Well done.
