Hi Punters, just bought 2into1 comp series pipes for 09 Nightrod. Limiting RH turning as it scrapes. My own fault for lack of research. Any suggestions? (ie suck it up and keep riding) Will it absorb enough to avoid destabilising bike on bends? Have bottomed out on lumpy RH-er before and hit frame which almost caused a seat colour change, so now I'm nervious with this. Any advice appreciated.
Not lowered. I'm thinking I'll just wear the pipes down until they scrape no more an worry about a new set when the time comes.
Cheers
i have done a few v-rod fork's modifications to help with there soft spring's there is a couple of different ways around them ,
The model is the 75-113-9.
Yeah I think you're right, I've done it again since. Lumpy dippty roads. Going to raise damper setting. Wont help with exhaust, gonna have to live with that until pipes wear down.
.
That's the model I was considering getting too, but I've decided I'll have a crack at the Dan-Moto Highwayman to start off with and see how that goes, hopefully a fraction more clearance. Pity, the V&H is an awesome looking pipe, and sounds so so sweet, scraping being just a downfall of a pipe specifically designed for drag racing I guess " border="0" src="/DesktopModules/NTForums/themes/_default/emoticons/sad.gif" />
