only 4000 k's and broken exhaust on front side of butterfly valve.
still waiting after 2 weeks for HD to get back to me with new pipe.
is this a common thing to happen ???????

The weld around the active exhaust valve does not seem to be an isolated problem, by what's happening here and overseas. HD has known about this for a number of years, you would think they would have sorted it out. Mine cracked on my 2009 flht last month, I took the oppurtunity to get rid of it , at the same time I gutted the cat. I'm happy with the results, but on a new bike i would'nt be so happy.
