There is wooden boat racing at Goolwa on the 20th down at their aquatic center. Its free.

Could be a good place to stop if you are down that way; they have a bar in the club house.

If you do make it keep an eye out for a boat named Miss Lindy. We have just finished a sympathetic restoration and this will be her first outing since.

Sunday's are about the only day I can sort of get out for a ride on weekends, as I play cricket nearly every Saturday until the end of February / early March.

I'm probably looking for a longer ride than a quick blip around town. With the young bub, I need to make the most of my leave passes . I would be keen to join on the Saturday, meet gepps cross is OK for me, up to Mannum sounds good. Let me know a start place and time and keep the rest of the details brief. Dont want to spell out our exact path

This is in 2 weeks time, so plenty of notice for everyone to plan ahead. can't go wrong with a pub meal, but would be good if we threw in $5 or $10 each and had someone meet us with BBQ supplies and a few beers / drinks in the esky. an understanding missus or a mate without a bike to ride?

So, lets meet at Gepps Cross as proposed by GT and go from there?? Where is a good place to meet, the obvious is home maker centre, out front of subway??

Hi lads , back from a 5 week family caravanning adventure through country N.S.W. and A.C.T. , some 6000km and travelling some awesome roads for bikes .  I,m going back with my bike ! 

Sunday  I,m riding down to Goolwa to watch the Goolwa to Milang sailing event , and Saturday,s free and I,m itchin for a ride .   Bring it on !!! 

Welcome back Tim, glad you had a good break. This Monday I'm free to go for a ride as Sat & Sun busy with sport and family. I'm itching to go on another decent ride too. Keen in heading in another direction to the last couple rides for something different. What are other members doing, and what ideas do you guys have?

Is the vietnam vets ride on australia day? that has always been a great event and i'm keen for a ride somewhere saturday

This is a good ride so i'm doing this one if anybody else whats to come along feel free as you don't need to be a vet to join in the ride and it usally ends up in maccy for lunch
