Well she starts and idles fine!

Test ride this afternoon (a slow one this time ... lol)

And she runs okay (sort of). There are issues when she is boosting over 5lbs where she pops and farts - which is a sign of an air leak somewhere in the Intact tract. I'll rip it apart tonight and see what i find, but at least she a runner and no internal damage seems to have happened.

depending how long it had been going on it could be a stronger motor that some might think

Would keep my phone with me next ride as you may well be calling your mate with his trailer, you need to find out why it is spiking with boost pressure before you declare its a runner

As an aside....Here is a newer Aerocharger on Ebay - its the same crowd that I just bought my replacement one from. May be worth looking at for someone.
