SYD NSW - 6th or 7th Sept. Peter Brock ride - Sydney to Mt. Panorama      

On Saturday, want to get an idea of numbers ...for ride from CBD out to Mount Panorama Bathurst
bit of a tribute/memorial cruise, 2nd anniversary of Brockie's death.

• Waddya reckon?? Also, who would be 2-up and who solo??   

Meeting time would be 7.30 am in the CBD.
Then probably M4/hume up into Katoomba and out to Bathurst. Or we can run the M2 then out on Bells line of road. Thoughts??

People can tack onto the ride at rest stops/meeting points of;   

• Gloria Jeans CBD - Cnr of Campbell Street & George Street
• Penrith - wherever's easy to meet up etc, maybe a B.P petrol station, or Krisp Kreme.
• Lithgow - petrol station/cafe whatever.
• Bathurst - re-group & head up the mount, lunch back in bathurst and return to Lithgow/Penrith.

Perhaps some of the locals can chip in with best mtg places on the above.

I will firm up this thread on Thursday arvo. Weather is as follows, so will have to keep an eye on that also...

mate I haven't had any replies as to weather anyones coming up to the pie shop on Sunday, so, if I don't get any replies I could be persuaded to go for a run out west, haven't been over the mountains on the new bike yet.

Will stay in touch & if I go will meet you on the M4 if ya go on Sunday, weather looks better then, instead of Saturday.

Mate looks like a non-event so far, i've got 2 mates off forum that are up for a run too though, so let's play by ear.
I would like to go saturday but yes weather is still dodgy - showers predicted.
