Am I running out of luck.

Twice in the last 3 months I,ve been riding along, once on a Suzuki LC 1500 with V&H Short Shot mufflers ( Pretty bloody loud) and the second time on an 84 Evo Stroker with Flow thru Drag pipes.

Both times, I've looked in my Mirror and there's a Cop up my Ass with lights Flashing all over the place.

Twice, Ive thought "Fuck me they"ve got me" and pulled across.

The first time the Copper gets beside me and Abuses me "Fuck this, fuck that" for being in his way and then takes off.

The second time (and the Drag pipes are loud as all shit doing round 140kph) the copper rides by.

This is in Sydney BTW. What the Fucks going on.

Maybe you need quieter pipes so you can hear the cops?

Recently spotted a hwy patrol in my rearview mirror jump into the ending left lane and overtake 6 cars including myself stopped at lights in the right lane , only to push in ahead of all , no lights no siren , i thought , that would be right , what`s more is when he passed me he was slowing but clearly talking on his iphone5 looking down and fumbling with it also as he put it back in his shirt pocket , i thought fuck off , overtaking in the leftlane talking on the mobile , then talking and laughing with his buddy drives off with his arm waving around outside the drivers window as he was talking actually leaving it fully outstretched out the window even after he had merged infront of everyone !
He seemingly wasn`t in any real need to get anywhere fast , just abusing his authority in our state of double standards and laws for us but , not them apparently ?
Here we are gotta be almost paraoid about doing the right thing or we pay dearly and here is this prick breaking 3 laws in the space of 100 metres and virtually laughing in everycunts face , i seen the cars number and was thinking of reporting it but have never done anything like reporting anyone for anything before and thought that , if i did , then they would target me for something for sure ?
Just pisses me off that they can get away with doing whatever they want , here i am losing me licence for being caught overtaking somecunt who just pulled out of a sidestreet right in front of me , going downhill , doing 94 in a 60 zone , 3 months and $800 ?
They probably wonder why people look down on them ?

the "they can get away with it" is a whinge

they get away with it because they won't report themselves.
that is your job, but if you are not willing to report their bad behavior, you cant complain.

We had a copper who like clockwork used to flick on the lights and bells, to shoot across the highway at lunchtime so he could get home without having to wait at the lights like everyone else. The business on the corner complained about him twice and then he got demoted to desk duty and a lovely right up in the local paper about his abuse of his position.

Sorry for mentioning the blattant double standards soapbox , never actually lagged on no cunt or cuntstable either , maybe it`s your job but not mine , though the thought did cross my mind momentarilly when i seen his numbers all over the car , maybe if i owned a mobile and used it whilst driving i coulda filmed the prick and posted it to today tonight or youtube or something ?
Like someone else said , what would be the point when they exercised their rights to overtake in the leftlane while on the mobile with limbs protruding from the vehicle , seen a P plater get done on national tv the day before for havin both his legs dangling out the drivers window while in cruise control in a borrowed car ?
I got indigeonous pommie blood , i was born to whinge mate !

    Seriously lads....

You are going to get bad seeds in every pod, but lets not tar all with the same brush. I have mates are relos in the force - not all are bastards. Besides, I know who you would call when the shit hits the fan and you need help.

Yes, some are dickheads, but so are some Harley riders. ;)

Yeah Mongrel, I must admit we need to look from a Broader perspective.
I'd say that both times (the second one was on the F3 BTW) it seemed that Noisey pipes or modded bikes were'nt an overly big concern to both Coppers.
Forgot to say that they were both bike cops as well.
Maybe that had something to do with it.

You know Wimbo, I think some of us make it worse for the rest of us - and let me give you an example.

If a HD rider is pulled over and gives the cop a mouth full of shit, then what do you think that cop will think of the next HD rider he comes across?

I have been pulled over by a couple for RBT and have always been pleasant and guess what?? I was on my way in less than 2 minutes. I have pulled up next to a couple at the lights and even gave them a nod, and guess what?? I was on my way when the lights went green.

I think sometimes we can be the product of our own doing.

Just remember lads... The guy some call "filth" is someones son, brother, father and husband earning a living to support his family. So yeah - vent against the ones that step out of line, but keep a thought for the ones that spend their Saturday night keeping the sleazy drunken skum from date raping your daughters.

    Just a thought.

Yeah hearin ya mongrel , as for respect , it`s a mutual thing for most , only the "double standards" that shit me , see it all the time , bootin it past my house on a daily basis up the bus transit way that passes my backfence at least 30 over and Will Kill someone who has their doof doof music blaring one day , going through the blind intersection there the way that some do and have seen them do that only to meet up at the local macca`s too for breakfast , guess they gotta eat too right ?
I was on me way in 2 minutes too after coppin me ticket sweet and respecting that he was just doing his job and i shouldn`t of booted it around the tossa that just pulled out straight in front of me , as quick as i did even if it was downhill maybe i shoulda just jumped on the anchors and i would still have me licence , 70km in a 60 zone admittedly (flow of traffic) then half a fist full to avoid the tossa , downhill = 34km over 60 , easy to do , he did tell me he wouldn`t keep me long ?
I know they lay it on the line , see and cop a fair bit of shit too , i watched one local cop smash a window and drag an unconscious 14 year old boy from a burning house just before the roof caved in , a few neighbors kicked in the front door and got the family out but when one of them said their son was still in there , it was a well known local cop who had only just arrived that broke a side window , climbed in and found the boy under the bed out cold and i dare say saved his life , and yeah although i have touch wood never had to call on their services personally , i would if needed , as it`s our tax money (almost $30kpa) that helps provide that service and the reason they join the force for in the first place , is to protect and serve , the fella i had the spit about , that broke 3 laws in 100 metres wasn`t protecting or serving anyone in particular at all that i could see , seemed pretty casual about it all ?
Your right too some do step outa line and some get caught too , it`s proven fact , one friday night years ago someone set off an holdup alarm in a government shop we were fitting out up the coast , the unmarked plain clothed D that attended got out of his car and couldn`t stand up without leaning forward with 2 hands on the railing out the front of the shop to hold himself up , slurring with bloodshot eyes he mumbled something about the under counter holdup alarm being activated and that he had too attend , while 7 blokes working there looked at eachother and shook their heads before he staggerred off got back in his car and drove off , but like ya say we mustn`t tar them all with the same brush hey .
As for the ones tassering unarmed people multiple times regardless of medical history rather than risk injury to themselves by physically restraining them , totally understandable with new workers comp legislation changes , would they do that to a member of their own families , warranted or not , hard too say ?
First it was tassers now they got double tassers , in case they miss of course ?
Reports of people being tasserred 13 times and shit is just plain brutality and in the footage i seen not too many good ones were doing much to stop the bad ones ?

    I hear ya mate.

I think - rather than us just banter about it here - if you see shit got down that you don't like - report it! There is no other way it will get dealt with. A bit like the 80s in NSW. It went to the shit, and then it got dealt with.

Like you, I would not like to see someone putting others lives in danger, regardless of what clothes they are wearing at the time, but unless you report it, nothing will get done.

Sux about your ticket mate. :(
