Windscreens + Quick Release

Was wondering if anyone has fitted a short smokie screen to their Luxe - Heritage - Fatboy before on here.

I have seen a Luxe around Poith with a screen that stops just above standard bar mirror height, and am thinking this would be a good idea on longer runs.

Frasers want to put their hand down my throat to remove my wallet from my back pocket on cost, have looked at Kuryakyn and M&M and Fleabay, but they all seem much of a muchness.

Any links or pics would be great,

    cheers,

    Blue.

    G Day Stew,

    Thanks for the pics,
How effective do you find the screen, and what size is it please mate?
The bags are another option I'm looking at, but they look like the large size on your ride, genuine HD I guess?
Can you remember what the screen and brackets cost you?
    Thanks for the reply.

    Thanks again Stew,
She looks like it would be a sweat ride on a long run.
    Enjoy.

P.S. Stew, Was that $496 including all the hardware?

Kuryakan have a low smokie screen #2614 For $299.99 US and the fit kit is $99.99 US, so it hardly seems worth buying the non HD one if your price is all inclusive. Need to add delivery to WA from the USofA as well to their price.

    Cheers Stew,
I just completed a ride up the WA coast, and could have done with this,
Mine is normally stripped down, like your third shot, bib and all, love the single look, but I can also appreciate the comfort on a long run.
    Thanks again mate,
    Stay upright.

    Roosta,

I got a similar set up to Stew51 on my Lo, the screen works great and you can just see over it or duck down a bit in the rain, I had a larger screen which you had to look through and I didnt like as much.
