    Guess a pub would have to be a destination in this bloody heat, but it would have to be a bit closer than that Rider. I reckon down the coast would be a better ride in the summer. Definitely sounds like a nifty pub.

    Should have bought one of those liquid cooled V rods.

    Night riding is the answer during summer here, after 9:00 PM and before 7:00 AM, the sun is a killer for both man and machine.

    Night temps are around the high 20's and low 30's, much more pleasant than 40 plus in the direct sun.

    Today, here 43,,, Esperance 46 !

    I'm lucky, work in the air-con pub during the day,,, ride at night.

    Freemanson's in Toodyay is a good pub, cold piss and reasonable food.

    Also The Dwellingup, hard not to stop there on the way to Quindanning, and on the flip side.

     Mundairing pub has always been a winner, great ride too. The old Parkaville was a lege'!
