Gday can anyone tell me anything at all about the 09 fatbob? had 1 on order since april, still cant get much info about arrival from the dealer, exept arrival should be before christmas. what do they really ride and go like?? last bike i had was a 84 soft tail, sold it 12 years ago and havent ridden anything since cheers GROT 09

I have a Thundermax on mine and am happy with it, it's a personal choice I think and also what ever you can afford as well.  Lots out there to choose from.

Welcome to the fatbob club , Mate do yourself a favour and have a hard look at the fuelshot that big Joe sell's ,These things are simple to install and operate , you don't need to plug it into a bloody computer and your bike will run great ! If your gonna build yourself a 120hp motor then go with T-Max , PC111 ect ect .You will find Page after page of T-Max and PC111 Help on the net ,Not much on the fuelshot though because anybody that's got one is out rideing and not fucking around adjusting settings ect ect . Ps the fuelshot is also sold as the Dobeck Techlusion ,Arlen Ness Bigshot .cheers

Gday Brett thanks for the info, i read about the fuelshot on the workshop page then i called and spoke to Joe, very friendly and helpful, i am now 99% sure i will go the fuelshot but will still investigate a bit more until the bike arrives, dealer tells me 3-4 weeks to wait, have you or anyone else heard of any arrivals as yet?? gday just met a group of riders today told me about hdforum had agreat day i have 2008 fat bob had it since dec 24th 2008 lucky to pick it up only had to wait a month. got V@h big radius 2into1
V@H efi race tuner and big sucker air all great but getting backfire when backing right off waiting for some new settings but may change to power comander seems better choice any help would be great. thanks

whats wrong with that missus of mine, new bike only done 540kms of riding in one day and shes complaining of a sore arse, hahahaha

new question for anyone to answer,, i been talking to a lot of people and now i am confused on what to do, dealer suggests se pro super tuner, outer cycle slip ons and arlen ness big sucker if it fits, if not se breather will be fitted. another mechanic suggests power commander, arlen ness big sucker and outer cycle slip ons,, and a well experienced and respected engine builder says leave it all alone and maybe just change mufflers and if i wanted to fit anything go with the thunder max, any suggestions???
