Well it's gota be almost the easiest installation I have done.
Do they make any difference, Have no idea and wont for maybe a month or 2 yet but lots of others say the are a great improvement.
Took maybe 1 1/2hr start to finish all cleaned up. I did make myself a clamp and press before hand maybe 1/2hr at most couple of bits of timber and a bit of box section but made the job real simple.
I did some about a month ago...I cut my spacers the same amount as the intiminators take up but found the ride a little to stiff...Last week I cut another 20mm off them and now the ride is really smooth compared to before I put them in...I haven't ridden much to test them fully but so far so good...

Yeah mate...I put my bike on the stand, loosend the handlebars and slid them to one side and rolled them back, undid the fork caps and lifted out the spacers..I had to do 1 side at a time as I had to move the bars back across to do the other side....I also managed to get the caps done up again without too much trouble but I did use a bigarse socket and rachet...Make sure you cover tanks, guard and anything else that might get damaged if you drop anything...I actually used some 40mm copper for new spacers so I still have the originals in tact...
Ricor also told me I could soften the ride by using light fork oil but I didn't want to take everything off again to drain the oil...
