Further to Doc's re-think, he & Steve Cole said the people that used his original method of zeroing the AE & DE tables & had no issues, don't need to retune their bikes. - Rob

I read that the other year on a US forum. A bloke questioned the reasoning behind turning off the Accel and deccel tables . In the end he was told to shut up do as your told we know better....I think I might have posted something about it but can't remember exactly...

TTS never recommended turning anything off to start with. Doc found that by turning these table off he felt it made Vtuning go faster. I took a real quick look at it with the AE turned off and did not see any issue but never did any in-depth testing with it. As problems have come along we were able to track it down to these tables NOT being handled correctly in the Delphi code in the ECM when turned off. DONOT TURN THEM OFF!

I am not going to give out any further information on the issues, as all our competitors do is copy from us and it really boils down to one thing. You either want to believe what we as the developers of the product teach you to do or listen to someone who copies and wants to stir the pot, your choice.

If you think I'm being hard about it so be it but I've just gotten tired of putting in all the work only to have others make poor copies and claim it works better than our product and they really never underrstood how it works in the first place.

It's that same crowd that has gotten me tired of posting the in's and outs of the Delphi system as well. This stuff isn't easy to figure all out but it is easy to copy what some else has done with a few added twist. The problem comes when things do not work out right then what to do? This small change from what we said to do versus what most of you have done has taken the last year, off and on, to track down to a point I can prove what it does and why it's wrong.
