Bang for buck the Hammer conversion is brilliant. Dan gives great service and will help you out with any questions.

I'm running TTS and it's a great tuner.

If you feel confident on the tools it's a pretty straight forward install. Get a hold of the workshop manual for your bike and take your time.

I did mine a few hours each night after work over a few days. I'm a fitter/turner by trade so had access to good tools which helps. Just make sure you've got a quality calibrated torque wrench.

I'll look at doing heads in the near future. Thanks to guys for all of the info in this thread. Will make it alot easier to make a choice when i get the cash to do it.
