Looking at one of these... but not sure if I can get away with just buying the bracket without the LED lights.
If I buy just the bracket, will my stock lights work with it? Has anyone else had experience?
I'm assuming that it must work with the stock lights, otherwise they wouldnt give an option for buying the LEDS.
Then again, why buy the LEDS over the stock lights? Just brighter?

But I notice they also sell the LED lights separately...
There are independent connections for the speedo & idiot lights. The RSD LED's are just for convenience but need wiring up. Assuming you buy the RSD bracket how are you looking at mounting your idiot lights? and what will you use for a top clamp?
I'm ordering the RSD bracket shortly & gonna try it with my Joker idiot light bar clamp (the stock idiot light bar screws up underneath the clamp). My only concern is the clamp obscuring some of the view (my new gauge has the digital speed in the lower RH corner of the dial) but if it does I'll resell & try something else. The other option is buying the RSD LED's add $50-$60 plus the RSD risers (for better view) add $150ish, my RSD/Joker solution is cheaper just hope it works & looks ok.
Slap.
So where is the best place to buy the bracket with the LEDS?
ebay?
There are some on ebay but M&M are well priced.

I have this headlight relocater, and the RSD led's, but haven't gotten around to putting the leds in...... can see the speedo fine, but I would need separate bar clamps or clamp on bars to see the led's clearly.
Figured I have dealt without it for over a year, no rush. But cheers for the reminder!
