Site browser fixes, Google Chrome, IE9

I've made some changes to the site to improve the look of it in the Google Chrome browser and also in late version of Internet Explorer 9.  I don't use Google chrome but I tested the site recently in it and the main forums were all coming up different widths, it looked pretty gastly.  Should now be fixed, if you don't see the forum listings at 100% of the window press CTRL and R (same time), on your keyboard to get the latest copy of the style sheet.

I've also fixed some style issues in late version of Internet Explorer.  I'm just testing a new version of the forum editor, I should have that up in a week or so.  It's faster and more up to date.

Let me know if you are having any browser issues?

Whith the wide range of browsers out there it's good to know how the site is working in them?

One problem I'm working on is that the height of the forum editor doesn't come up full size in Internet Explorer.  If I can't fix it earlier, this should be fixed with the new editor.

I upgraded my version of Chrome from v29 to v30.  29 worked fine but 30 doesn't work with the forum editor.  All other browsers work, so not sure why the new Chrome doesn't.

Yea 32 doesn't either, and as Chrome pretty much updates itself - well on a Mac anyway - heaps are going to fall into this trap. :(
