I just Googled some images; my first impression is yeah, it looks OK. Certainly better than any friggin' Polaris/Victory!

I see the number plate is a side-mount jobbie and that could be an issue here in Oz.

Anyone seen or got pictures of an Aus market version?

I'd be interested to see what has been done to ADR comply it.

    Cheers,

    FatRob

Ahhhhh but Hilly , a re designed softy , the shocks and i think their mounts have been redone and the softies may be all getting em soon they reckon , as they say it handles much better , bit exxy $42k in Oz , but what a work of art hey , hand assembled , time consuming multi process one off paint sets , been droolin` since i seen her , 110ci , cruise , shmick mags , 240 rear , abs , most power to weight HD yet !
    How they should be !

Yeah boys - in the flesh it's awesome.  This one was a maroon one and is already sold.

I have to say, in a room full of other Harleys, it stood out - that's for sure.

Attached is the license plate mount for Aus.  Hangs below the guard!

Either would do me thankyou Santa !
Only thing ya could pick on them is the shit that would spray off the back of the front tyre into the donk , and i imagin that with the "OS offered" sidemount numberplate it would throw rooster tails 10 feet in the air in the wet , so even if it looks a bit ordinary mounted on the chopped rear fender , it would most likely stop some of that hey ?
Although the red one looks faster , both look shmick as hey !
Yeah read a peice in one of the local mags that the shocks or mounts have been revised and it has apparently improved handling due too it , so much so that it could become a standardised feature in the future softies ?
Either way what a ride hey !

looks like im the odd one out, didnt like em in the pics and my first thought was comfirmed when seen the mentioned breakout at Robbos.

Dont like the cut off gaurd, poofy tan seat, bars, oil tank and also thought the wheels are to much and overdo it. Thought the overall bike looked tacky

and aimed at the middle aged bloke that has money and is attracted to shiny bits and thinks he wants a harley. anyway fellas each to there own, ive

never been a fan of the

CVOs and think the 110s are overated.

Bad luck if yas want one anyway cause apparently they are all sold and unobtainable.

Aye listen Hilly, we all know you want a Breakout - just too scared to admit it. ;)

I love my Fat - and I wouldn't trade it for a breakout EVER!! But if I was loaded and could afford it, I would buy one... Then I would come around to your place just so you could look at it!! PWahahahah!!

Oh yeah... I might let you sit on it!!

Had a look yesterday and it dose look OK to me. actually looks better than I expected. Not sure about the number plate mount though.

Since the 110 has been in the CVO for some time maybe they could move up to the 120 for the CVO's and move the 110 down into the other bikes.

I am not a fan of the break out myself either, to me it is a rocker re modeled, and it may look good to some and not others. I am about to get my first Harley, and I chose the FLSTC because I like the look of it. I think in all honesty if we didn't like it what the hell did you buy it for. We all know if we all had the same taste, blah blah blah. I have never had a Harley before simply because they never made a bike for my needs at the time. being mainly an enduro rider and all, yeah I must be getting old, I am looking for something comfortable to ride over long distances, (imagine riding a Honda CRF450 from Rockhampton to Melbourne) and I chose a Harley because they seem to retain their value a bit better than most. I like the look of the breakout wheels, but I am just not quite the chopper style person. But I still wouldn't bag someone out just because they like something I don't. I know there are plenty of people who are not happy with softails, but I am, and that is all that matters to me.
