Well at last I have finished the latest mods on the lowrider.

    1. Progressive springs fitted to front end.
    2. Progressive 430's fitted to rear.
    3. Fork lowers, horn cover, battery trim brake pedal painted black.
    4. Avon grips.
    5. Avon foot pegs and gear peg.
    6. Leather clutch and brake lever cover.
    7. Rear tailight conversion.
    8. Shortened rear guard.
    9. Detachable sissy bar (original fixed)
    10. Sundowner seat for two up with Mrs.
    11. C&C Seat with chrome rear rack for one up riding.

Here are a couple of happy snaps.

    This is before the mods.

This iafter mods but with old seat.

Set up for Two up with Mrs

Set up solo for those days you just need to ride alone.

Been out today riding with all three configerations, Old seat was comfy for me but Kerry didnt like much, the New Sundowner seems to sit me about an inch higher than the standard but is still pretty comfy but havnt had Kerry on it yet. The single seat sits me about half an inch lower and has less padding but still seems comfy enough on the short blatt I had with it on today.

Still need to sort something out with rear blinkers, probably shorten support bar and paint black, may even make it from al pipe a little thicker.
Have blinker kit for LED blinkers along with a relocation kit from under handlebars to forks.

98, I got the "Tassles" of evilbay about $8 or so,

Everyone has been telling me to cut em off so of course they are still on.

I was going to cut off and keep the ends as replacement for the leather ties that hold the thing on anyway.

Riding up to QLD this weekend, maybe (dependant on work), so will give the solo seat a good test.

    Thanks guys,
Santa brought a couple of extra bits so will be doing a couple of minor bits before I ride down to melbourne at end of month.
Relocate front blinkers and shorten rear blinker bar. Also fit the smaller LED blinkers at the same time.

Still looking for a black headlight and can't find anything I like for under $400 to $500 bucks, outa my price range.

Might fit a larger chrome one and paint the upper portion of fork legs black, or triple tree's. Not sure yet.

    Hmmm,
Had thought of that but a bit hard to find for reasonable $.
I also have a longer chopper style headlight (Polished Alloy) which I have been told can be painted easily.
This may be easier and I can fit the under/over headlights back on the chop.
