any ideas on what is an acceptable range on the temperatures for cylinder heads on a 96cube V-Twin (2010 FXDF). I bought a infared temp reader and wanted to check that my motor wasnt running too hot. The bike has V&H dual bigshots and screaming eagle air filter fitted, I was advised by the person I bought the bike off that it was re-tuned with the screaming eagle pro tuner that I do have for the bike but not so sure if he did. The bike seems to run fine no issues there but I am aware that if not tuned right they can run lean and hot. Plus with summer aproaching here in the west I wanted to be able to keep a regular check on temp to avoid any damage.
