just bring the mixture screw home gently inwards then bring it out 3 full turn's it's the same for no matter what's done too the engine  maybe 3 1/4 if needed , i test ride all motorbikes around the block even if not reg'd how else are you going to have them in good order , jet size's depend on what size engine  but mainly 45 idle or can drill out to a 46 + main jet  185 -200

if the idle jet is the incorrect size you will be less than 3 turns in if it's rich & more than 3 turns out if it's lean ,
