ha ha I am sitting here laughing at myself. It is pretty early. I am used to reading manuals bore x stroke. Was wondering how you were getting such big pistons in cheers :-)

All good Lushy, had to convert the manifold to pre2005 to be able to use the big injectors.
I will be redoing the top end over Xmas, looking to improve the top end some, currently 135hp/130ftlbs, shooting for 140+,

Hey Chriso, how are you mate?? She goes into the shop on Friday brother, got hold of Ant from Maztech in Melbourne, he fixed me up with a good map for the kit.
I also upgraded to the screamin eagle tappetts and high tensile cylinder studs after talking to your engine man.
Chriso as soon as I get her back I will post something up or give you and Ando a call with my thoughts, as you two guys were good to me with your time on the phone.
    Talk soon men.

Late to read this post but I have a S&S 106 with ported stock heads big cams and stock throttle body and injectors making 114.7@ 120 on sercos dyno. I think It comes down to the build porting cam timing and valve size and clearances. Bolt on stuff is good but a good builder I'm finding is better. I'll get a big throttle body when I want to go faster. But I'm afraid ill loose its street ability. Bloody nice to ride. Perfect air fuel ratio all the way through. Pulls from 80 in 6th. Mind you at 6k rpm the injectors are at 96% duty. But I never take it there as the sweet spot is where the hp and tq cross at 4200.

    Rans mate,

    Your gonna love it.

Let me know how that map goes. Got 200ks on mine with a dodgy map and it still feels awsome.

Cant wait to ge a decent tune or map and see how much more is hiding in there.

Did Ant from Maztech email you a map? how much? Or are you taking it in for a tune?

    Cheers.

    DK40,
How are you mate?? Ant sent me a tune to get me on the road untill I can get to him to throw it on the dyno.
Getting a bit toey brother, the days are going slow, two more sleeps till I drop her off, and then start the waiting game again until next Wednesday or Thursday. Is it really that much better??? Sounds good cant wait mate, I will post something up once done mate.
    Regards
