While burning around country roads and tryin to convince my mate to get rid of his Kwaka 1000 (2012 model) today , we swapped bikes !

Well fuck me , the hand grips were like holding a biro , I had to fold my legs to get them on the footpegs , and the thing was reving like I was in 3rd gear . At 110-120 its reving at 5000rpm , I kept trying to find a higher gear .

Anyway ,he now realises he can sit on 140 odd all day on a newer Harley . Think he,ll join the 2013 Fatbob club .

I like to try different bikes just to see what they feel like. but i've never ridden a 4 cyl bike, most cyls i've had under me was a tripple.

i'd like to try the new Tiumph Speed tripple with Ohlans. just to see what they feel like & Aparilla's nakid bike?, Ducati Darvil & KTM Duke. just to see what they feel like. if i was buying a Harley it would be my Mates 65 panhead thats set up right but is still all pan like drum brakes electric & kick start improved electrics s&s B carb Compu Fire ignition & no imission laws governing it. can't make up my mind what new Harley i'd like . but my 01 Dyna set up perfect or as good as i can get it. &also love my tube frame carb Buell .

I was looking for a new helmet in jappa kwaka bike shop, saw a flash looking crotch rocket so i thought i'll just have a sit on it to see what it feels like, well fuck me I couldn't even straddle it, just couldn't get me leg over, hurt like shit, thank God for fucked old bodies, mine stopped me from doing the unthinkable, didn't find a bloody helmet either.

Kind of enjoyed my old GPZ 550, admittedly it had a more upright riding position than comparable bikes of the day. I thought I'd end up with a Guzzi Cali as they were very exotic for the time.

a couple of years ago i sold my 98 cbr600 .. it was a great ride for about town , bigger and more upright than the 600's nowadays, although it did struggle 2-up .  i regret selling it and would happily welcome it back.
