Hi guys this is my first post, great forum with lots of info and helpful members.

Have a Fat Bob tc96 with se204 cams heavy breather, V&H slipons and super tuner.

Runs perfect, really smooth and snappy but got used to it in 2 weeks.

Looked at the new 103 Stage 4 kit and it seem really good value for what you get especially when you credit back the super tuner.

Later kit with Factory CNC heads and 259e cam.

Should have the kit next week and will fit it all up.

    I have a few questions .

Cant seem to find a map that suits this kit.

Hope the cam doesnt come on too late

Drivability issues down low with the 58mm throtttle body.

Any suggestions , experiences or info would be great and set my mind at ease.

    Thanks

Yeah, I found one thats close so I will start with that.

How did you heat cycle the new build? How long and what technique did yo use to run her in?

I'm thinking I will try the 58mm TB and if I have issues I'll sell it and try a HPI 51 or 55 instead.

     Hi DK

I just put at stage3 & CNC heads on my bike I didn't go the 4 as I wanted to keep my airfilter & cruise control. I ran mine in for a 1,000ks then dumped the oil as per instruction from the dealer, they said they are very happy the way its all gone & the smile there everyday I ride the bike. You will be evry happy with it.

No I'm not that clever I leave it to the experts as I do not have time or the patience for that sort of stuff any more or the correct tools.

Hi Rick, sounds good, I might try the stock TD too but the inlet on the CNC heads is 1.710 instead of 1.610, don't know if that matters but you would think is would ne a miss match.

Did you get the 259e cam? How do you like it? What did you have before?

Hmmm 2 ,  yes I will be fitting the kit my self.

Did the first cam change, inner bearings and adjustable pushrods.

    Pretty straight forward.

They're pretty simple the old Hog.

If I hit a snag I'm sure someone here could help out.

     I had a standard 07 96ci.

Yes the kit came with the 259e cams

Mate I love it & the responce of it is great even the mechinc who did the work loves it when I go in as he likes to take it for a ride.

I have only done about 1300ks since it was done & the oil was changed today @ 1200ks

I will do small things but I will not play with motors anymore I will do oil changes a bit of electrical, brakes & wheels but not motors I will leave it to the experts, let them get dirty & I will just ride the finished product. But if something happens out on the road I will try to get it going myself.

Awsome I'm starting to get pumped up when I hear that sort of stuff.

I just want ride that puts a smile on my face each time I open the throttle

I've read alot of guys rave about this kit, I hope they're right.

I spoke to a few guys and the dealer before I did stage 1 and 2 and they said I would be a different bike and so on.

Disappointed at both stages. Maybe I just expected more.

I hope this stage 4 hits the spot.

Was going to do a FuelMoto 107 with tw555 cams and stock heads originally.

Hope I went with the right choice.

Hmmm2 mate no probs nothing taken to heart on here everyone has a opion & are in titled to it.

The labour wasn't bad at all it was only $1,100 they also through in the ARC's for me as they was a little miss hap & they ammitted it was their mistake which is rare for a dealer.

The labour on my box 12mts prior was worse.

Rick1310, you must have a good dealer did they tune your bike aswell? Any Dyno numbers?

My dealer insisted that the ACR come with the kit. I have a feeling they don't

This is only the second time I have used them for work on the bike & I think I will be staying with them as I only go to dealers or a trained mechanic once a year for a service either befor summer or winter depends on what mood I'm in. All the other oil changes through the year I do.

No tune as yet they just found the correct map & it all looks good, their dyno is broken & hopefully they are getting it fixed soon. I have some maps from when I first got the bike & then a few years later when I have added the stage 1, pipes & also true duals so when I do get a dyno atleast I have somthing to compare it to.

I have also bought a few parts of them as well over the years but they have new staff & they are great & really customer minded.

As far as I know the ACR do not come with the kit they are an extra

Hi Ando, Kit is on its way will have to make the most of it.

Looking at the SE catalog 2013 the new Factory CNC heads flow better than the old 110+ heads .

How accurate would you say the Dyno graphs in the SE race catalog are?

This kit shows over 100lbft from 2500rpm to 6000rpm and over 110lbft 3500rpm to 5200rpm. Thats what sold it for me.

    Hope its not BS.
