hey fellas, i have a 1990 softail custom and have just had the two screws in the face of the speedo vibrate out so the face spins around freely. am i able to get into the speedo itself to tighten them back up? does the chrome cover come off? before i break it trying.

any info will be greatly appreciated.

it sounds like a aftermarket item, a good instrument guy speedo service can fix it , there is a good one in carrington st revesby i use him all the time  Advance Instruments i have his ph # if you need it
