yep got one, I like the look, I like the sound, no issues with hot leg and I don,t think it holds my 120r back any.

Man, that's a cool looking pipe! Would think it improves output.

Fitted today, it's one big bore mutha! Sounds better than my D&D lowcat (bassier) but output down marginally to 103TQ/104HP (was 104/110) but seat of the pants no discernible difference. The biggest benefit and the main reason for getting is that it has no clearance issues!

IMO that's the best looking 2 into 1 pipe on the market, I'm with Ando more pic's WA Hog as I want to be certain of the chrome or black before parting with my money.

IMO I think they 2 into 1 system looks great on a softail, it looks great in the Black not keen on the chrome as there is way too much chrome for me.

I have the V&H RSD Tracker 2 into 1 exhaust on my Fatboy Lo which is great but I not happy with the ceramic coating on the pipe which is rusting away, this is my second system and its doing the same as the 1st one I fitted.

Not worried about performace as the Softail is only a cruiser not a sport bike :-)

The engine is a 103" big bore kit from the stock 96, with ported, flowed heads, S&S 625 cams, 5Omm throttle body. It has a power commander V with auto tune as well.

Thundertech in Mundaring did the engine work and the tune, they've been great, bike very rideable.

Just ordered one in chrome, would have liked to has supported the Australia supplier but $450 more than direct from the USA is ridiculous.

With regard to fitting the back bracket to the frame, is that straight forward to do?

Thundertech fitted it so I have no idea sorry, they did it with a bunch of other jobs so I can't tell how much time it took!

Thanks Ando, On the bike where the back bracket bolts to the frame I can see 2 nuts. Looking at my bike where the nuts located on both yours and WAhog is 2 what appears to be "blank plugs" and I'm unsure how these "blank plugs" come out, any idea's?

Edit; it took me longer to write the post than it did to remove the plastic threaded blanks, all good.

It's not a Softail, but I have em on my Sporty.  Absolutely love them.  Mid range is so much more responsive.  I do hit them with my legs occasionally though, and they are bloody hot!

btw I took the end cap off and rotated it so the word 'freedom' etched into the end cap is no longer visible, so cheesy. If anyone does this don't make the mistake I did of taking out the chrome bolts on the end cap, they are just for show! Looks better now, although the logo riveted on is still a bit crap but to much hassle to remove, maybe it will grow on me.
